How is my product delivered?
All products are digital. We send your license key and installation instructions on WhatsApp after payment is confirmed, usually within minutes, in the same chat as your order. No physical box or DVD is shipped.
What is the difference between Retail, OEM and Volume licenses?
A Retail license can be moved to a new PC after it is removed from the old one. An OEM license is tied to the first PC it activates and cannot be transferred. A Volume license (Professional Plus / LTSC editions) is issued under Microsoft volume licensing programs, activates one device and is not transferable. Our Windows keys are Retail and our Office keys are Volume licenses; each product page shows its license type.
Can I move my license to another computer?
Windows Retail licenses can be moved to a new PC after removing them from the old one. Office Volume licenses cannot be transferred once activated.
How do I know a product works on my device?
Each product page lists the supported operating systems, architecture and system requirements. Windows 11 needs TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. Office Professional Plus is for Windows PCs; Office for Mac is for macOS. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
How do I activate Windows?
Open Settings › System › Activation, select “Change product key”, enter your 25-character key and select Activate. An internet connection is required.
How do I install Office?
Uninstall other Office versions first. Then follow the download link and instructions in your WhatsApp delivery message. Volume editions of Office 2019, 2021 and 2024 are installed with Microsoft’s free Office Deployment Tool. Activate by entering your key in any Office app.
What is your refund and replacement policy?
If a key does not activate, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We first help troubleshoot; if the key is faulty, we replace it or refund you. See our Refund and Replacement Policy for details.
